Inspired from territory

We carefully select raw materials by searching genuine, healthy and not much adulterted flavours. The best of flours and selected meat,high quality cheese, selected vegetables dressed with the inevitable extra-vergin olive oil, these are our ingredients for our courses and our fresh pasta. Then everything is mixed with real passion for Salento and its cookery excellences.
The authenticity of flavours, scents and fruit of this unique and enchanting land give quality and fragrance to our courses that are later enriched by the secrets of our ancient recipes.

Family tradition

We propose the typical courses of country tradition, inspired to the history kept into our mother Lisetta’s expert hands and into memories, she is the daughter of a generous land, rich in fruit, but in hard and tiring work too.
Lisetta brings with herself the obstinacy and the determination typical of old people; in fact since 1991, she fed her dream to keep the tradition of her land.Today we are a support and an incentive for her in order to carry on this involving adventure, motivated by a strong family bond and by the enthusiasm in what we believe in.
